  • Owner of Noorish Spa & Celestial Being

    Head Trainer

I have been involved the healing arts for over 30 years, as a woman, daughter, sister and mother.

I have been doing bodywork “massage” for 23 years. I have been a business owner for 7 years and taught at Southern California Health Institute & created and taught massage curriculums at UEI

My approach stems from my healing journey from a debilitating accident resulting in crushed lumbar vertebrae, both heels and wrists. So began my opportunistic journey into innerstanding my body, mind and spirit connection. I did not have the means to go to physical therapy and began rehabbing myself with a yogic lifestyle and receiving regular bodywork. Both of these empowered me into a path of wellness.

I personally gravitated to the modalities based in structural integration, movement and deepening my studies in the eastern wellness paradigm approaches to wholeness. I have continued my studies in empowering modalities such as Ahshiatsu, Thai bodywork medicine, SARGA ,QHHT, Tuning fork and Sound therapies, Feldenkrais , Trauma informed myofacial techniques, Accupresssure, Qi gong, Jin Shin Jitsu......
